Resignation or Removal of Delaware Trustee. The Majority Certificateholders may at any time and with or without cause remove the Delaware Trustee by giving notice thereof to the Delaware Trustee and the Delaware Trustee may resign at any time by giving 90 days written notice thereof to the Owner Trustee; provided that no such resignation or removal shall be effective until a successor Delaware trustee has been appointed pursuant to Section 6.20(b).
