Resignation or Removal of the Trustee. The Trustee may at any time resign and may at any time be removed by the Company upon thirty sixty (3060) days' notice in writing; provided, however, that following a Change of Control, the Company shall have the right to remove the Trustee only with the written consent of two-thirds of the Participants for whom Accounts are held as part of the Trust Fund and to whom additional Benefits are payable pursuant to a Payment Schedule then in effect.
