RESIGNATION, REMOVAL AND APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR. (a) The Corporation agrees, for the benefit of the Holders from time to time of the Warrant Certificates, that there shall at all times be a Warrant Agent hereunder until all of the Warrant Certificates are no longer exercisable.
