Common use of Resignation upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Resignation upon Termination. Once signed by you, this Agreement represents your resignation, effective as of the Separation Date, from all board and board committee memberships and other positions which you may hold with the Company, RBI their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective charitable foundations, as applicable. You agree to execute and return to the Company, within two (2) business days following your execution of this Agreement, a letter separately naming all entities with which you hold such board, committee and other positions and confirming your resignation.
