Resignation without Good Reason; Termination for Cause or for Death or Disability. If, at any time, the Employee voluntarily terminates his or her employment with the Company, excluding a termination for Good Reason, or the Employee’s employment with the Company is terminated by the Company for Cause or by reason of the Employee’s death or Disability, then the Company shall pay the Employee (or his or her estate, if applicable), in a lump sum in cash within 30 days after the Date of Termination, the Accrued Obligations.
