Resignations and Removals. Any member of the Executive Committee may be removed at any time, with or without cause, by resolution adopted by the Board in accordance with Section 10. 1. Any member of the Executive Committee may resign from the Executive Committee at any time by giving written notice to the Board, and resignation shall be effective when the notice is delivered unless the notice specifies a later effective date.
