Common use of Resignations from Corporate Office Clause in Contracts

Resignations from Corporate Office. Not later than the Separation Commencement Date, the Executive will execute and deliver to the Company his resignation as a Vice President of the Company and any subsidiaries of the Company, attached here to as Attachment C. Executive expressly acknowledges that the compensation payable to Executive under this Agreement is in full satisfaction of any compensation due to him in connection with his corporate positions described in this Section 3.5.

Resignations from Corporate Office. Not later than the Separation Commencement Termination Date, the Executive will execute and deliver to the Company his resignation as a Senior Vice President of the Company and any subsidiaries of the Company, attached here to as Attachment C. Executive expressly acknowledges that the compensation payable to Executive under this Agreement is in full satisfaction of any compensation due to him in connection with his corporate positions described in this Section 3.55.5. It is understood that the force and effect of Attachment C arises exclusively in the context of, and as part of, this Agreement.
