The Employee specifically agrees that upon his termination of employment with the Company, whether voluntary or involuntary, his position as an officer or as a member of the Board of Directors of MIIX Group, MIIX Insurance Company, Underwriter or any affiliate shall cease and this Agreement shall constitute notice of the Employee's resignation in such regard.
