Common use of Resignations of Directors and Officers Clause in Contracts

Resignations of Directors and Officers. The directors and officers of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries set forth on Schedule 7.7 hereto shall have resigned their positions with the Company and/or its Subsidiaries on or prior to the Closing Date.
