RESIGNATIONS; REMOVAL; VACANCIES. Any officer of the Company may resign at any time by giving written notice to the Manager Member, and, unless otherwise specified therein, the acceptance of such resignation shall not be necessary to make it effective. Any officer may be removed at any time by the Manager Member with or without cause. A vacancy in any officer position may be filled by the Manager Member.
