RESOLUTION BINDS ALL HOLDERS. A Resolution shall be binding upon all Holders of the Notes whether or not present at such Meeting and each of the Holders of the Notes shall be bound to give effect to it accordingly. Notice of the result of every vote on a Resolution shall be given to the Holders of the Notes and the Paying Agents (with a copy to the State Treasury) within 14 days of the conclusion of the Meeting.
