Resolution by the Courts. 27.1.2.1 The courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes and hear and decide any proceedings. 27.1.2.2 The Parties agree that the court referred to in Clause 27.1.2.1 are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle any disputes and hear and decide any proceedings and, accordingly, that they shall not argue to the contrary.
