Resolution during Exploration Programs. Subject to Section 28.1, if, on or after the Effective Date, one party wishes to proceed with an Exploration Program (the "Participating Party") and the other party does not wish to proceed with the Exploration Program (the "Non-Participating Party"), then the Participating Party may elect in writing to proceed with the Exploration Program by funding 100% of the Budget for the Exploration Program. The Non-Participating Party’s interest will be adjusted in accordance with Section 8.6.
