RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS AMONG DOCUMENTS. In the event of any conflict between the terms of any provision of Sections 1 through 46 of this Agreement, and any term contained in (i) any of the exhibits hereto, (ii) any document attached to or referenced in any such exhibit, or (iii) any purchase order issued pursuant to this Agreement by DCC, the terms contained in Sections 1 through 46 of this Agreement shall govern.
