Resolution of Defaulted Mortgage Loans and REO Properties. (a) Either Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee may sell or purchase, or permit the sale or purchase of, a Trust Mortgage Loan or an REO Property related thereto only on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Section 3.18 or as otherwise expressly provided in or contemplated by Section 2.03(a), Section 9.01 and/or any related co-lender, intercreditor or similar agreement to which the Trust is a party.
