Resolution of disputes at Chief Executive level. F.3.1 Either Party may escalate a dispute to the Chief Executive level if it appears that there is little likelihood of middle and senior management (stages 2 and 3) resolving the matter and where the gravity and potential impact of the dispute on the timely provision of Interconnection Services warrants such an escalation.
