Resolution of Material Discrepancies. If at any time during the ninety (90) day period following the Closing, Buyer or Sellers discover any material discrepancy in the Accounts Receivable Settlement Statement, Sellers and Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any discrepancy in a timely manner, and further agree to make payments related to any undisputed amounts as set forth above.
