Resolution of Owner Objections Regarding Budget. At any time prior to the day which is sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of each Operating Year, if Owner and Operator have not resolved any objections to the Project Budget as set forth in Section 9.1.2, then any such dispute shall be governed by, and resolved in accordance with, the Joint Venture Agreement.
