Resolution Template. HDR will develop one (1) draft resolution template for AAMPO to seek member jurisdiction leadership commitments to the CSAP. Up to one (1) round of comments will be received and incorporated to create one (1) final resolution template. Note: it is assumed that beyond drafting the resolution template, the execution of formal resolutions is the responsibility of the jurisdictions – not the consultant team.
