Resolving planning and scheduling disputes. In the event of failure of the parties to agree on any matter which is within the scope of the Committee to consider or agree, members of the Committee have the right to refer that matter for resolution to the Commission in accordance with the Disputes Resolution Procedure. Until the matter is resolved in this manner the Company decision prevails.
