Common use of Resource Provider Invoice Certification Clause in Contracts

Resource Provider Invoice Certification. Resource Provider shall submit all invoices in the form acceptable to PREPA and shall include in each such invoice the following certification: Resource Provider acknowledges that the above certification constitutes an essential requirement of this Agreement and that PREPA will not process for payment invoices provided without this certification. In order to comply with the certification requirements set forth above, Resource Provider shall require that its subcontractors also include the certification set forth above in any invoices submitted in connection with energy or services provided under this Agreement.
