Resource Provider’s Financial Statements. For each of Resource Provider’s fiscal years (or part thereof) during the Term, Resource Provider shall deliver to PREPA its audited financial statements for such fiscal year, prepared in accordance with GAAP, no later than one hundred twenty (120) Days following the completion of such fiscal year.
