Resource Sufficiency; Reductions. (i) On a semi-annual basis (or at such frequency otherwise agreed to by the Parties), Provider will provide a report to the BFA Recipients indicating the headcount for Provider Personnel who are providing Services generally during the prior period. Such reports will reflect how resourcing is allocated across each function and provide status updates on any previously agreed to changes that are in process.
