Resources requirements. 1. The Key Personal that Vendor shall assign to the Requirements Phase of the Project, and their respective areas of responsibility, shall include the following individuals” a. Xxx Xxxxxx, Program Management and Business Process Lead b. Xxxxxx Xxxx, Project Manager and Application Development Support c. Xxxx XxxxxxxxTechnical Lead. d. Technical and Functional Consultants and Project Administrator - TBD 2. The Board shall make available to Vendor, as reasonably necessary and appropriate during the Requirements Phase, a reasonable portion of the working time of a number of the Board’s personnel, so that Vendor may complete the Deliverables on time, in accordance with the Project Plan. To that end, the Board shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the following personnel available in connection with the Requirements Phase of the Project for the number of hours respectively indicated below: a. The Board’s Project Manager – at least 30 hours per week b. The Board’s Project Sponsors, including the Board’s CFMO – 2 hours per week c. The Board’s specified strategic technical staff, database administrators, and information technology staff – 30 hours per week d. Functional experts of the Board, as access to these personnel is reasonable and appropriate for each Tririga Software module included in the scope of the Project – 4 hours per week.

Access to online resources. This may include videos, graphics and pamphlets. 2.9.3. Provide consolidated ergonomic data reports to the JBE. Examples of reports can include number of evaluations (initial and follow-up) performed for each JBE, total cost of ergonomic evaluation expenditures by JBE, etc. 2.9.4. All ergonomic products will be recommended from an approved list of products from the JBE. Some exceptions with regards to ordering outside of the pre-approved list may be necessary, however, it will require approval by the JBE.

If you do not respond to PayPal’s request for documentation and other information in the time requested, you may not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. • If the sale involves pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, you must ship within the timeframe you specified in the listing. Otherwise, it is recommended that you ship all items within 7 days after receipt of payment. • You provide us with valid proof of shipment or delivery. • The payment must be marked “eligible” or “partially eligible” in the case of Unauthorized Transaction claims, or “eligible” in the case of Item Not Received claims, for PayPal’s Seller Protection program on the Transaction Details page. • In the case of an Unauthorized Transaction claim, you must provide valid proof of shipment or proof of delivery that demonstrates that the item was shipped or provided to the buyer no later than two days after PayPal notified you of the dispute or reversal. For example, if PayPal notifies you of an Unauthorized Transaction claim on September 1, the valid proof of shipment must indicate that the item was shipped to the buyer no later than September 3 to be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal will make a decision, in its sole discretion, based on the eligibility requirements, any information or documentation provided during the resolution process, or any other information PayPal deems relevant and appropriate under the circumstances. To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program for a buyer’s Item Not Received claim, you must meet both the basic requirements and the additional requirements listed below: • Where a buyer files a chargeback with the issuer for a card-funded transaction, the payment must be marked “eligible” for PayPal’s Seller Protection on the Transaction Details page. • You must provide proof of delivery as described below.

Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C. Follow the appropriate DSHS POPS by funding opportunity (as per Section I: General Requirements for All Grantees) for training and observation requirements.

  • Program Requirements The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.
