RESPOND TO TENANT INQUIRIES. Altisource will receive and respond to Tenant inquiries as appropriate through an online Tenant portal and/or call center 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for emergencies and 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, local property time, Monday through Friday for non-emergencies. Response times will vary based on the nature and urgency of the Tenant request.
