Responding Agency Clause Samples
The Responding Agency clause defines which party or entity is responsible for taking action or providing a response in specific situations outlined in the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies the obligations of the designated agency, such as responding to requests, incidents, or notifications within a set timeframe. By clearly assigning responsibility, the clause ensures accountability and streamlines communication, reducing confusion and delays in critical processes.
Responding Agency. The agency providing assistance, whether through mutual aid or automatic aid, shall be known herein as the Responding Agency.
Responding Agency. The Agency is providing Mutual or Automatic Aid to the Requesting Agency.
Responding Agency. An NMA or Signatory Public Agency that provides resources, equipment and/or Law Enforcement Personnel to a Requesting Agency during an Emergency or Disaster.
