Responding to Communications. 5.1. Each party shall aim to respond to communications from the other within the following target times: 5.1.1. Where something is urgent, a response will be given as soon as reasonably practicable. 5.1.2. For non-urgent matters, a response should normally be given within five working days. Where a full response cannot be given in this time period, the party shall aim to respond as soon as possible thereafter and in any event within 10 working days.
