Response Deadline. Sixty (60) calendar days from the initial mailing of the Notice and the last date on which Class Members may request exclusion from or object to the Settlement. Class Members who receive a remailed Notice will have an additional ten (10) calendar days, for a total of seventy (70) calendar days from the initial mailing of the Notice, to request exclusion from or object to the Settlement.
