Evaluation Committee. 16.2.1 The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of regularly reviewing the effectiveness of the policy, procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to provide recommendations to the Superintendent and Board by April 30.
Evaluation Committee. The association and the board agree to establish a standing joint committee beginning with the 2015-2016 school year. The evaluation committee’s charge is to assist in developing, maintaining, approving, and suggesting changes to the evaluation instrument, policies, and procedures used in the district.
Evaluation Committee. (a) In order to carry out the ongoing work of maintaining JE 2009, the University shall establish an Evaluation Committee consisting of University Managers. The Evaluation Committee will be trained in the application of the job evaluation system and will participate in the evaluation process as supported by Human Resources Services (“HRS”). All decisions of the Evaluation Committee will be made by consensus of the Evaluation Committee members.
(b) The Evaluation Committee shall be responsible for:
i. the evaluation of new jobs;
ii. the re-evaluation of existing jobs; and
iii. the periodic review of existing jobs; (each of i., ii., and iii., an “Evaluation”).
Evaluation Committee. The parties agree to establish an Evaluation Committee comprised of equal representation from the administration and union for the purpose of collaboratively developing a recommendation for a Paraeducator Evaluation Plan. The Committee shall report its non-binding recommendations to the Superintendent not later than October 1, 2015.
Evaluation Committee. 2.01 There will be an Evaluation Committee composed of six persons: 3 representatives of the Board of Education, and three appointees from the Union (one each from an Elementary School, a Secondary School and Administration). The Evaluation Committee shall consider all requests for evaluation of job descriptions for new positions created within the bargaining unit and for re-evaluation of revised job descriptions for existing positions.
2.02 Each Party will notify the other Party in writing of its appointees to this Committee. Each member of the Committee will commit themselves to serve a minimum of three (3) years in the interest of continuity. Training on the Job Evaluation System for the Union appointees will be done at no cost to the Board.
Evaluation Committee. An evaluation Committee comprised of three (3) representatives selected by the Superintendent and three (3) representatives selected by Okeechobee County Education Association #1604 shall be established to review and make recommendations regarding evaluation procedures, including but not limited to those contained in this Article, for instructional personnel. All recommendations made by the Committee shall be submitted to the parties’ respective bargaining teams for consideration.
Evaluation Committee. A standing Evaluation Committee will meet annually in May to make recommendations regarding the evaluation process based on information reported to the Committee by teachers and evaluators. The Evaluation Committee will be comprised of four (4) members appointed by the Superintendent and four (4) members appointed by the Association President. The committee shall be advisory only. Other than mandatory changes required by law, any recommended changes by the committee to the evaluation procedure shall be by mutual agreement of the parties and subject to ratification by the Association and Board. The Committee shall be provided release time for all meetings.
Evaluation Committee. 9.4.2.1 The District and Union will establish evaluation committees for each subgroup, each consisting of equal members of the Union and administration. Each committee will meet at least once annually to assess the effectiveness of the evaluation tool/process and to make recommendations to the Union and District for possible changes.
