Response Methods. The Covered Entity will use its best efforts to direct Response Activities, and MSRC will provide Resources, in a manner that will (i) comply with all applicable law and (ii) maintain the applicable Responder Immunity of MSRC and MSRC Integral Subcontractors. Subject to the provisions of Section 3.02(c), MSRC will commit only those resources as are reasonably necessary to carry out the Response Activities or response objectives that MSRC has been directed or authorized by the Covered Entity, an Authorized Representative, or Incident Commander to carry out, unless a specific resource(s) is requested by any one of the above-named entity or Persons.
