Response to Agency Reports of Systems Problems not Resulting in System. Unavailability a. Within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, the Health Plan shall respond in writing to notices of system problems. b. Within twenty (20) calendar days, the correction shall be made or a requirements analysis and specifications document will be due. c. The Health Plan shall correct the deficiency by an effective date to be determined by the Agency.
