Response to Claims Not Involving Third-Party Claims. In the event any Indemnifying Person receives a Claim Notice from an Indemnified Person pursuant to Section 7.2(a) that does not involve a Third-Party Claim, the Indemnifying Person shall notify the Indemnified Person within 30 Business Days following its receipt of such notice whether the Indemnifying Person disputes its liability to the Indemnified Person under this Article VII.
