Response to Force Majeure Event. Within two (2) hours of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, USAC and Vendor will estimate the duration of the event and estimate the extent to which the Force Majeure Event is likely to prevent Vendor from performing its obligations in accordance with this MSA. Vendor will also disclose at this time whether it is likely to promptly procure a suitable temporary alternate source for the affected Services.
