Responses to Problems Sample Clauses
Responses to Problems. Licensor will provide in a reasonable manner one or more of the following actions in response to documented and reproducible problems with the Software which cause the Software not to operate in all material respects in accordance with the applicable specifications set forth in the Documentation:
a) Supply appropriate resource to resolve the problem;
b) An update, patch or revision;
c) A temporary bypass solution;
d) A written statement that more information is required from Customer to diagnose the problem;
e) A written statement that the problem will be corrected in a future maintenance release; or
f) On-site consultation to resolve critical problems if necessary. Customer has the reasonable right to reject the foregoing responses to problems and suggest or recommend alternative responses to problems other than what is defined above.
Responses to Problems. The following shall apply except as otherwise provided in Section 2.2.3 of the body of this Agreement.
