Responsibilities if Damage or Destruction Occurs. 11.04.1 The Authority shall use its best efforts to provide the Airline with alternative Premises and Equipment during the period that its Premises and Equipment are damaged or destroyed and are untenantable or unusable. Said alternative Premises or Equipment shall be suitable for the conduct of the Airline's Air Transportation Business, but shall not be construed to require alternative Premises and Equipment that are comparable to the size, location, access, or other features of the Premises or Equipment leased under Article 6. 11.04.2 The Airline shall pay rentals, fees, and charges in accordance with Article 8 for any alternative Premises and Terminal used or leased by it during the period of repair and reconstruction of the original Premises.
