Responsibilities of ALPS. During the Term and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ALPS shall, at its expense (unless otherwise provided for herein): (i) provide, or hire other Persons to provide, all computers, telecommunications equipment and other equipment and software reasonably necessary to develop and maintain the ICS; and (ii) deliver a monthly billing report to the Funds, which shall include a report of Transactions, by type, processed through ICS.
