Common use of Responsibilities of Collection Agent Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities of Collection Agent. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the exercise by SunGard Funding of its rights hereunder shall not release the Collection Agent from any of its duties or obligations with respect to any Receivables or under the related Contracts. SunGard Funding shall have no obligation or liability with respect to any Receivables or related Contracts, nor shall any of them be obligated to perform the obligations of the Collection Agent. For the benefit of each other party to the Transaction Documents, the Collection Agent will be bound by the obligations of the “Collection Agent” as used in each other Transaction Document relating to the SunGard Insured Receivables Facility.
