RESPONSIBILITIES OF OLT. 6.1 OLT is responsible for the payment of the Compensation within the terms and in the ways provided for by this Contract. In the case of late payment, even partial, exceeding 30 days, OLT will be obliged to pay the interest, at the legal rate plus 2%, on the amounts still due.
