RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACADEMY. 5 The Academy will enrol the agreed number of student(s) on a part-year basis for the agreed period of their studentship. However, students will be required to meet necessary Student Union/Association Fees. The Academy can assist students with finding housing in University of London dormitories, apartments, or private homes through its Estates Department although it is not responsible for securing accommodation on a student’s behalf. The Academy will provide appropriate counselling and other assistance to the student(s), and at the end of the academic programme will provide official transcripts of credits if any have been earned during the study placement, or a confirmation of study letter if no credits have been earned.
