Common use of Responsibilities of the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities of the Borrower. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the exercise by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders of their rights hereunder shall not release the Servicer, Seller, any Originator or the Borrower from any of their duties or obligations with respect to any Receivables or under the related Contracts. The Lenders shall have no obligation or liability with respect to any Receivables or related Contracts, nor shall any of them be obligated to perform the obligations of the Borrower, Seller or any Originator with respect to an Obligor.

Responsibilities of the Borrower. The Lenders Agent and the Lender shall have no obligation or liability with respect to any Receivables or related Contracts, nor shall any of them be obligated to perform the obligations of the Borrower, Seller Borrower or any the Originator with respect to an Obligorthereunder.
