Responsibilities of the Candidate. 5.1 The Candidate must comply with all of the Host’s lawful pre- Internship requirements including, but not limited to, immunisation, health check, working with children check and criminal record check requirements, prior to commencing the Internship. The Candidate acknowledges that the Host may prevent the Internship from proceeding if the Candidate cannot or does not comply with the request for the production of evidence of compliance.
