Responsibilities of the Client. The Client will do and/or omit everything that is reasonably required and desired to ensure that the Services are performed correctly in a timely manner. The Client will ensure in particular, but not exclusively, that: (a) all data indicated by Zivver as being reasonably necessary are promptly submitted to Zivver; (b) the Client's personnel are available where necessary for the performance of the Agreement; (c) the Service is not used by any persons other than the agreed End Users.
