Responsibilities of the Earning Company. In connection with Alternately Billed Calls, the Earning Company shall provide Message Records to the Billing Company on a daily basis to the extent that any usage has been recorded. These Message Records will be delivered by the Earning Company to the Billing Company via the CMDS system, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties hereto.
