Responsibilities of the Placing Agency. A. As required by 42 U.S.C. § 672(a)(2) and applicable orders of a court having jurisdiction over the Child, the Placing Agency retains legal responsibility for placement, care, and supervision of a Child placed with the Contractor pursuant to this Contract and the Child’s ICPR.
