Responsibilities of the School Board. 1. The School Board will appropriately refer students with disabilities to the Contracting Agency in compliance with state statutes and pertinent state rules and criteria. 2. A Procedures Document will be developed in conjunction with the Contracting Agency. 3. For students age fourteen or above, the student shall have a Transitional Individual Educational Plan based on documentation that indicates specific educational and career / technical needs. 4. The Contracting Agency will be providing services as determined by the Attachments.
