Responsibilities of the Seller. The Seller shall, or shall cause each Originator to, pay when due all Taxes payable in connection with the Receivables or their creation or satisfaction. The Seller shall, and shall cause each Originator to, perform all of its obligations under agreements related to the Receivables to the same extent as if interests in the Receivables had not been transferred hereunder or, in the case of each Originator, under each Purchase Agreement. The Agent's or any Purchaser's exercise of any rights hereunder shall not relieve the Seller or any Originator from such obligations.
