Common use of Responsibilities of the Tenant Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities of the Tenant. The Tenant shall maintain the premises with the due care of a good administrator. In the event of a breach of such duty of care, the Tenant shall be responsible for providing compensation for any damage or destruction caused to the premises. However, the provision does not apply when the use or profit collection by means of the agreed method or based on the properties of the premises causes damage or destruction of the premises.
