Responsibilities of Vendor. 4.1. Vendor shall be solely responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and coordination of all Services, including the quality of any third-party solutions. In performing the Services, Vendor shall adhere to generally accepted professional and technical standards and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, codes and regulations.
