RESPONSIBILITIES OF XXXXXXXX. 3.1 Xxxxxxxx is responsible for: (a) all academic matters relating to the Program, including assessment of the Candidate; (b) Candidate disciplinary matters; and (c) notifying the Host if the Candidate ceases to be enrolled in the Program.
