Responsibilities under Contracts. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the exercise by the Administrative Agent and the other Secured Parties of their rights hereunder shall not release the Master Servicer, the Originator or the Borrower from any of their duties or obligations with respect to any Pool Receivables or under the related Contracts. The Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the other Secured Parties shall have no obligation or liability with respect to any Pool Receivables or related Contracts, nor shall any of them be obligated to perform the obligations of the Borrower or the Originator.
